Welcome to IgnyteX (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing, or using, or registering with IgnyteX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. About IgnyteX

IgnyteX is a digital platform designed to help users manage their job search journey. We provide tools for creating personalized resumes, cover letters, executive summaries, recruiter messaging, and job tracking through AI-driven features. Please note: IgnyteX is not a recruitment agency or placement firm. We do not offer job placements, employment guarantees, or assure that any feature or service will result in employment or interviews. The platform is designed solely to assist users in improving the management and quality of their job search process.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify IgnyteX immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for IgnyteX products or subscription plans are displayed on our website and may vary by region.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal).
  • All prices are listed in USD or equivalent local currency as displayed.
  • Taxes and currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the user.
  • IgnyteX reserves the right to modify pricing or introduce new charges with prior notice on our website.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value our users and aim to ensure that your experience with IgnyteX is positive and transparent. However, since our platform provides digital and instantly accessible services, certain limitations apply to refunds and cancellations. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to any plan.

a) Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your IgnyteX dashboard or by contacting support@ignytex.com.

When you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that period, your subscription will not renew automatically.

No prorated refunds are provided for unused time within the billing cycle once a subscription is activated.

Deleting your account or uninstalling the Service does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must complete the cancellation process through your account.

b) Refunds

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if:

  • There was a technical issue preventing access to the Service, and
  • You have contacted our support team within that period through an email at support@ignytex.com.

Refunds are considered only under specific, justified circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased features or services, despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts.
  • Duplicate payments made due to billing errors.
  • Unauthorized transactions (when reported promptly and verified).
  • Failure of service delivery — if IgnyteX is unable to provide the purchased services due to internal system errors or other reasons within our control.


To be eligible, users must:

Submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Provide necessary details (email, payment ID, issue description).

Have not downloaded resumes or cover letters, used, or benefited from the digital service.

c) Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI outputs, templates, or formatting preferences.
  • Services that have been substantially delivered (e.g., resume, cover letter, or career summary generated or exported).
  • Partial use of services during an active billing period.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal or expiry of a subscription term.
  • Discounted, promotional, or beta-access plans unless otherwise stated.

d) Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@ignytex.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.

Our team will review your case and respond within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund confirmations will be sent via email once processed.

e) Special Cases (Third-Party Payments & Taxes)

For payments made via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal), their refund timelines and policies may also apply.

Currency conversion rates and transaction fees deducted by payment processors are non-refundable.

Applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST) may be refunded only if permitted by local regulations.

f) Subscription Modifications

Users may upgrade or downgrade their plan anytime.

Upgrades: The new plan takes effect immediately, and a prorated charge applies for the remaining billing cycle.

Downgrades: The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

g) Our Right to Refuse Refunds

IgnyteX reserves the right to decline refund requests if:

The claim falls outside this policy,

Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or

The account has violated IgnyteX’s Terms of Service.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of IgnyteX’s customer support and compliance team.

6.Intellectual Property

All content, branding, templates, design elements, and AI outputs produced by IgnyteX are owned or licensed by us.
You may use generated materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of our platform without written permission.

7. User Content

By using IgnyteX, you may input data such as personal details, career history, or job preferences (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your data, and you grant IgnyteX a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

9. Service Availability and Updates

We continually improve our platform. IgnyteX may add, modify, or discontinue certain features without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but strive for high uptime and transparency in case of outages.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

IgnyteX provides the Services “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements;
  • The results will be error-free, accurate, or uninterrupted;
  • Any errors or bugs will be corrected immediately.

IgnyteX does not guarantee job placements, interview opportunities, or employment outcomes of any kind. The tools and materials offered are for informational and career-management purposes only and should not be interpreted as employment or recruitment services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgnyteX shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Data loss or business interruption;
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to IgnyteX in the previous three months.

13. Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
